Security Messaging Middle East Conflicts and European Protests
The Office of International Education (OIE) and its leadership are aware of and closely following the events in the Middle East and the protests throughout Europe. We are connected to and are actively monitoring guidance from the US Department of State, Overseas Security Advisory Council, US Embassies and Consulates, On Call International, and various news outlets. Current program operations are not impacted at this time. The health and safety of the Georgia Tech community is our top priority. All students, faculty and staff traveling on Georgia Tech international programs are covered under a comprehensive health and emergency insurance plan which includes emergency evacuation.
